Very disappointed in the customer service. After paying $8.00 for a lunch they were not able to fill. The manager finally came over and offered a $5 discount coupon. When I went back and said I didn't want the coupon just my money back. Got attitude. Won't be going back.
Bland food. They have gotten my order wrong twice now for breakfast. Toast and eggs came out cold last time too. And this was with maybe five customers in the whole place so they were not that busy. Just lazy imo.
Ordered the commuter crossiant for breakfast and was disappointed with taste and appearance :/. Not a picky eater, but this place was just not that great.
It was clean, and presentable. The salads are amazing! The staff was friendly and the manager was very professional
Less expensive alternative to CPK. Fresh food, excellent service, clean, good music!
