Soooo damn slow. Car was still getting ready, waited well after my appointment time. I asked for a simalar car to what mine was. I got an SUV instead of a car. While the employee was super friendly and polite. He needs help! Only 1 staff member Is pretty unreal. I heard the phone ring and go unanswered multiple times cause he needed help. This wait is unreal. People have jobs and lives to live. Making them wait over a hour to pick up a car is unacceptable. I will be informing my insurance agent that I will never use hertz again. Go to enterprise 5 min wait and they have multiple employees to help you instead of 1. Then when returning my car they charged me and my insurance full price and refused to refund my card so i had to cancel my card and dispute the charge. Then when i appeared upset about it I was threatened by the African American guy that worked there. Stay away at all cost. Your insurance will cover a rental anywhere you dont have to go there
First time car renter here! Jeremy and Tamara personally helped me and they were both so nice. Pick up and drop off was super easy. I will definitely rent from here again when I'm in town again!
If zero stars was an option, that is what this Hertz location should receive. Myself or my family members have rented from this location 5 or 6 times, and each time it has been an epic fail! Why do we continue to go back, you might ask? Well, because it is very close to our home, and therefore easy for myself or out of town guests to pick up and return cars. However, if dirty, high mileage and just plain disgusting cars is what you like to spend your hard earned money on, this is the place for you. My latest experience is the straw that broke the camel's back. My father had made a reservation over a month ago for a 7 passenger SUV to drive around while he and my mom are visiting from Hawaii. When showed up at the time of the reservation, the renting agent in a very non-apologetic, suck to be you sort of attitude informed us that there was no car for us. He gave some lame excuses about people not turning cars in, or them being damaged. He was intent on providing excuses rather than providing the resolution. Hertz Gold = Big stinking pile of POOP! Beware! Do not rent a vehicle from here.
I rented a car online with my visa threw a discount website. They sent me to Hertz. Upon arrival i had to place an additinal $200 security deposit. This was not Hurtz fault but something to be aware of. The car I rented was a sporty type Ford. You may drop the car off late and drop the keys with the contract in the drop box. The bathroom in the actual store was over the top on the chemical air freshener.
Nice rental car, good service people. One gripe, when returning the car I found the place locked up with the only sign visible was the helpful reminder that cars returned after closing were subject to another day of charges. I got confused because they were supposed to be open for another 2 hours. Well turns out she just stepped out for some reason. seemed confused when I suggested a "Be Right Back" sign.
