I’ve been coming here for years, literally since about 2008, always had an amazing experience. I have kids so yes my car gets messy but the guys are always so understanding. Today, however, this new guy seemed to have a problem that my car was “dirty”.. you work at a car wash... of course it’s dirty. Not sure his name, only white guy there. Needless to say, this is your job, if you want to get an attitude about a dirty car maybe it’s not the job for you buddy.
Customers now must ask to have their rear wiper taped down... I did not know this because literally every carwash just does it...and why you might ask? So your wiper blade doesn't get stripped off. I can only get my rear blade from the dealer so lucky me, a car wash for triple the price. Manager was no help. Go down the road to KADY in King City
Best spot to get your car cleaned. Grab a bite to eat across the street and hang out while getting your vehicle detailed. Love it.
They need to attend to more detail to do a better job. They rush too much.
