Looked in aisle for 15 minutes saw no one. 1 guy finally walked by tried to wave him over he saw me and sped up. Asked cashier to call someone........ have now seen someone else walk by, been 10 minutes. Watching home decor employee and she has yet to acknowledge.... 4:30pm Friday afternoon, it's pretty dead in here. Where are your employees Lowes?????????
Their in-store pick up service couldn't be worse. The same thing happened twice to me in the past two months. Received their phone call in the middle of the week and went pick up my stuff in the weekend. But none of the items in my order could be located. They had to go "BACK" somewhere to find my staff. Both times I had to wait for over an hour. The second time, they didn't find anything for me even after that long time search.
The people are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I like this store. As for tools, they carry brand name items you may not be able to find anywhere else. In some cases, go to Costco, Home Depot or Harbor Freight Tools. These other places can save you money and the quality of their products are comparable.
Got a bid for carpet emailed. No reply to order. I call for an hour and no department answers. Finally the operator picks up frantic and I ask why they don't answer the phones and he says he can page someone 'maybe real quick' - puts me on hold forever and then disconnects me. Terrible- understaffed and poorly trained on customer service. Where is the leadership?
Horrible experience. Called ahead To make sure they would do an exchange with receipt of a new DE Walt Sawzall. Spoke with someone in tools he said bring it down we will exchange. Different story once I get there. Even though I had the receipt and the tool Bought less than 6 months ago , the manager Told me without the whole combo pack she could not exchange it. I told her I have the whole combo pack outside in my truck then her story changed that she could not do an exchange within 90 days of original purchase. She then told me to contact De Walt and there was nothing she could do . This is why I called ahead in the 1st place to make sure there'd be no problems. What a waste of time I've had nothing but problems with lows every time I shop there. Last year they lost a lawn mower we brought in for repair . Bad experience over all will not shop there ever again ..
