They provide extremely poor service and are not even average when it comes to methadone clinics, they are far below average.
Not every employee projects this i believe it's more of a management and organizational issue.
This place saved my life, and although it is not the most ideal method of treatment - it beats the alternatives by far.
Patient and persistent staff. Average 30 minute wait in dosing line. Spoiled/entitled patient population. The worst parking situation I have ever seen - do not expect your car to leave unscathed as I find new damage at least once a week. I prefer Allied over Koda, and that's all there really is to help those in need of change.
They don't understand the concept that a patient is a customer. And customer service is a vital business asset in the care and treatment industry. I know Hitler and the nazis invented the pharmaceutical methadone, but they don't need to run their business model after the gestapau. I would have to completely miss my medication 2 or 3 times a week because I could not attend a group every day I went in there as my morning is usually busy with responsibilities. Wouldn't even give me my medication when I had court and already spent 45 minutes driving there. The medication is needed daily to work effectively. Very sad that people, patients, paying customers that are chemical dependent seeking treatment get treated so rudely and like second class citizens. It's offensive, oppressive and degrading. I think this place should really take a look at its self as a care facility offering treatment and trying to teach people how to live a better life and be a positive member of the community. Ironic.
The WORST clinic you could go to is CRC/ALLIED. For anyone who thinks this is what all clinics are like you're very wrong. The average methadone clinic has very friendly and professional staff who are easily accessible, at CRC you'll spend an hour waiting to talk to a staff member for 2 minutes. Their policies make no sense and waste more of our time. They are so inefficient and put ridiculous restrictions on patients access to methadone. The supervisor literally sits on her fat ass everyday with the door locked and never does anything besides put holds on people. At other clinics not owned by CRC ALLIED, it only ever takes a couple minutes to dose. The lobby is always empty, there's not a line to dose and counselors are always right there and available to speak to you. I've never waited more than 10-15 mins to dose at any of the multiple clinics I've been too that are not CRC ALLIED, and that's a rare occasion where there are several people in line with take outs. It takes sometimes 2 hours to dose at CRC because they don't have enough nurses. Clinics with less than half the patients at this CRC clinic always have 2 nurses AT ALL TIMES. CRC operates with 1 nurse most the time. Average wait time is at least 30-40 mins regardless if there's 5 people in line or 15. The only reason they have any patients is because it's the only clinic on the west side of Portland and OHP pays for it, because every patient hates this clinic and if there was another option nearby they wouls go. They treat patients like garbage and don't reSpond to any grievances you file on their website or hotline. be prepared to spend hours waiting in line every week to dose because they refuse to properly staff the clinic with enough nurses and counselors. Patients are out of control and have no respect and staff never follows their own rules and the laws put in place to protect patients. Staff will waste your time if they feel like it. Cars are constantly damaged in the parking lot by other patients. Staff is rude and lazy and makes it very clear they don't care about you or your time. Clinic is very dirty and smelly and you will packed in tiny group rooms and in the lobby with a bunch of loud and annoying patients. This company has no customer service at all they don't care about any of their patients rights or experience at their clinic. They've been sued many times for fraud and neglect of patients.
Ive been going to Allied CRC for 4 years and I could tell you some horrible things ive experienced including sexual harrasment from a councelor. Who got fired a year later and escourted out by police! Only after complaining multiple times I got audio recording and provided my evidence did they do anything. After I suffered for a year qt the hand of this counselor. Im thinking of sueing!
I hate having to beg and plead for my medication! I get seizures and I get confused, and my body and brain take a few to reboot ! I had to stand in line for 45 mins and I couldn't my body hurt so bad! And another time I had stomach flu I puked all over my chest and was sick, my counsler made me go to a meeting , told the hole group what was wrong and basically told private bunisness, I was laugh at and I was embarrassed 45 mins o had to sit there! I really don't like having staff hold my meds over my head, or begging for it, at some point they get off on it, having you beg and plead for my meds, I hate allied they play god
Wish the US moved in a direction as Canada, Portugal, and other leaders in the change of mental health treatment.
I've never been in such a hostile and chaotic environment at any other clinics besides this company. They make people want to use because It is incredibly stressful and time consuming. They do not offer any support or therapy. This place is an absolute Zoo and is a disgrace treatment programs. Everyone in the industry knows CRC ALLIED has the worst reputation of all the companies across the nation. Many people have lost jobs because of their policies and way of operating. Report your clinic to the state and the Feds to get them to follow the laws. Every single patient complains daily about this clinic and nothing will change until you start reporting them to the proper authorities.
I recommend to anyone who is ready to live without the suffering of opioid dependency.
They operate at an extremely low patient satisfaction and success rate. Every patient will tell you the same thing: THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY, THEY CHARGE INSURANCE FOR FRAUDULENT "GROUP THERAPY" (half are trying to get away with sleeping and the other half are coloring and not even paying attention) AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY INEFFECTIVE AND INEFFICIENT. THey cause people to use due to their procedures. I've seen hundreds of patients walk out frustrated and go use because the staff is so ridiculous, or they had a group hold put on them, many times by "mistake"
