I have also bought many many storage bins and other stuff of that nature for my business since they have lots of good stacking storage and stuff that makes use of my office storage area.
All your storage needs, plus thoes little things you can never find, they have them. It's a little out of the way if you live east of the river but there are other great stores out there.
I tried to place an order online that I could pick up at the Portland store (I live in Silverton). Just before it came to entering my card number (fortunately) the site had difficulties, locked, and I couldn't get back into it. All other internet access was fine. I called the store and explained the situation. I was told I'd be called back and could place the order over the phone. It's now the following morning and I've not heard a word. I removed the items from my cart and will look locally for containers.

I have always been a fan of The Container Store. I get an odd sense of satisfaction from shopping there and finding a solution to a common household problem. It can be as simple as finding the right paper towel holder. I have also used their elfa shelving products for both of my garages I have had. The products were great and the installation was great too although the installers are not Container Store employees but third-party contractors but still it was great.
The downside is pricing. Everything in the store is overpriced I would say. They definitely sell to a more upscale customer and their reward system discounts are paltry at best. However I will say you don't exactly shop here to find the cheapest widget or to comparison shop. You pretty much go in here with something you want to fix or you go in to get ideas and for those purposes the store Works beautifully. I do still bring it down one star for price though because it is not just a little bit High it is exceedingly High.
Great place to come if you have any organization needs. Well thought out products for all rooms. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the layout can be overwhelming, especially their highlighted tables in the aisles. Bring deep pockets, it is easy to go overboard here!
