I will never recommend Bekins moving to anyone.
I never had a long distance move before but this was terrible. 1st thing I received a deceitful quote from Bekins. There were so many things that were wrong I need to summarize. Deceitful quotes, sending too small a van. losing possessions. I was moving from Tigard to Redmond. I had to store my furniture in Tigard before my move. Several things never arrived. Microwave oven, 3 patio chairs & umbrella, leaf blower, hose & reel & love seat part of my furniture set. They found the love seat but how do you misplace these rather large items? They delivered the loveseat & compensated me for probably less than a third of what was never delivered. Guess that's why they get a one star.

Gene and his team were wonderful to work with. They handled our complete move, from packing up our whole house, to delivering our cars from California to Oregon. They had a very sincere approach to ensure we were comfortable and confident our belongings were moved carefully, and on time. And the crew that moved us in at our final destination had the same courteous attitude.

We recently moved our daughter across the country for school and the quality of service was incredible. We had some strict dates to meet and Chris went out of her way to make things work for us. The packers were on time,very efficient and very friendly. I highly recommend them!
