I've taken my kiddos to Sky High several times over the years, but today we had such a great experience I felt compelled to thank the staff by name. Anson is perfect for the front desk, he is informative with parents and just so wonderful with kids. He really helped make sure my daughter and I had a great time. And Jordan, he climbed with my youngest the last time I brought her, and he showed my oldest daughter some pretty cool tricks on the trampolines today. With staff like this, it's hard not to have fun. Thank you both for such a great experience!!
We entered Sky High, using the general admission line that we had always used to sign waivers and pay for admission. The lines are very long, but when we finally got to the cashier, he coldly told us we had to go to another line to sign the waiver for the boy whose waiver was no longer in the system. This meant we had to stand in 3 lines. One for the waiver and twice for the general admission line. The whole process took over half an hour and was completely unnecessary. As Sky High gets more popular, it is sacrificing customer service and deserves a one star.
Cool place, would be better if they let you do more trampoline stuff. They only allow one person per trampoline square, one person on the basketball court at a time, and no sitting or laying on the trampoline so you can't play crack the egg or anything. Still fun though.
Great place for kids to bounce around. Big people can jump by themselves but when kids are on the mat you must keep both feet on the mat. It's simple laws of inertia people. You transfer way too much energy to little people and can seriously hurt them. Just follow the rules and you'll have a great time.
The new climbing wall area is so much fun! Great place to take kids for parties and exercise. Very reasonably priced too!
