Younger guy working there with the mustache is a complete tool. Tried to be condescending and tell me I wore a pair of shoes outside that I wanted to return when I literally hadn't even tried on/worn both shoes at the same time. I tried them on one at a time inside my house and and very quickly realized they didn't fit. And they were obviously not worn outside from the bottom of the shoe. But he assumed I wore them outside because they were both laced up I guess??? Great way to keep customers coming back but I guess i shouldn't expect much more from someone making a career out of working at the mall.
Came to the mall solely to go to the vans store (we live an hour away) arrived to the store doors at 8:53 and doors were closed and locked. Employees then waved me away when the store does not close until 9.
Love their shoe selection. Their team did an awesome job making online returns easy.
