UPDATE: when I went in to pickup my laptop, they gave it back to me and I took it outside and pulled the back off, they had removed my 8GB memory upgrade and replaced it with a single slower 2GB stick.. When I went back in to ask about it they said it is "lost" and they "don't know where it went, maybe it got sent back to Apple". I showed them the intake paper that had my 2 4GB memory sticks listed. They ended up giving me a new free 8GB apple kit, which was slower than my Crucial upgrade.... What a joke. Avoid this store at all costs.
I own 8 Apple products, and this is the worst store I've ever seen. The manager admitted he could make an exception and get my macbook pro repaired for free since it's so close to the previous repair, but he just flat out refused.
I sat for over an hour and a half with the promise someone would help me soon. I finally approached one of the employees for the third time after being promised it would only be an hour then 10 mins to be told that it would be a least 40 minuets more. I asked the fellow why he did not just tell me this and he said they were just busy... really? I guess too busy for your customers. Last time I go there. Do yourself a favor and just go on line.
Long wait times, horrible Service, dishonest staff, and ridiculously expensive prices on repairs. You are better off just going to an independent repair shop. My experience here was so bad that I went home and ordered an android phone. Now I never have to deal with the apple store again.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Be wary of their repair depot. I paid $310 for a logic board that had failed in a 3yr old $2500 macbook pro, only to have it fail in under 6 months of very light use and they tell me I have to pay another $310 for the same repair.
There's no need to re wash the other reviews. Get ready for a long wait for uncertain service. You are better off just ordering online.
They wouldn’t help me because I bought my phone at a different location, however she did give me the number of customer service. Lots of help (not) I couldn’t transfer from one phone to the other his brilliant response: manually enter it
