Just bought from them for the first time. Ken, Denise, and Lynda are extremely kind, friendly, patient, knowledgeable AND not pushy. They treated my parents' difficult furniture purchase for their move with complete respect and consideration. In addition, their prices are a good value. I recommend them unconditionally. If possible, I plan to purchase from them for my own needs, even though I live out of town...
What a great store!!! The owner, Ken, is wonderful! I recently purchased a new mattress and found my experience here to be exceptional! The service, the price, the value...I can't say enough about it! They asked me what I wanted, steered me to the many options they have and explained the differences along the way. The price was far better than the other places I shopped and getting the mattress delivered quickly was a snap! I will shop here again!
My wife and I recently bought a mattress from Ken. We wanted to go in and try them out prior to purchase as we have gone through for mattresses in 9 years. At our age Comfort is everything. He treated us like royalty. Ken was so accommodating to the point of delivering the same day we purchased. Being we downsize from a king size bed to a queen it was important to know we could also purchase our sheets and comforter along with the mattress. We have gone to him for 40 years and will continue to do so as long as we are able. If you want old time service , good prices, and someone who truly cares about your well-being , Broadway Furniture is the place to go.
