Doing our math for couches which was a simple 1500 plus 300 for comforter. He came out with a total of 2300. I confronted him and right way said it was a weird calculator.
Very friendly staff. They get you when you enter and offer to assist, but they will allow you to look around without following you everywhere. They have a lot of options for most rooms. They depend upon their corporate office to control promotions do you just have to keep checking with them to give out about big sales.

Them giving us a claim number that didn't even work when we needed to use the warranty.
After my wife and I told him 3 times that we didn't want the warranty on our sofa. He still persisted and almost refused to sell without it.
