My mother bought a ring and was assured by Jeff it was 14k. They wrapped it up and folded the paper work, never showed us the specifics. On the ride home I looked inside the ring and saw a 10k, sure enough the paper work confirmed it was only 10k. The ring then became so over priced. We called and it almost seemed like they weren't surprised, like a "oh darn you caught me" needless to say the ring went back immediately.

I came in with my husband's grandmother's wedding ring that she gave to me and it was needing some work done. The jeweler that was on site, not only fixed the ring but made it sparkle like (what I assume) it looked like the day his grandmother received it! I was so thrilled! And the cherry on top was the employees working were just as excited as I was! I love this company and will definitely be back for my future jewelry needs!
Did over online and pick up in store. There wasn't a huge wait for delivery and pickup was fairly easy. The staff seemed friendly and the ring looks wonderful.
Thank goodness I bought the plan that allows for ring sizing and fixing the ring in general. Since I bought in Feb. of 2017. I have worn the ring MAYBE 20 times. Why, you ask? Half the time I have owned it it has been back into the store for repairs. First I let the salesman talk me into a size I knew would never fit, and it didn't. So for the first 2 months of owning it until I could get back to the store, I didn't wear it. When I got it back, wore it a few times, before noticing a diamond was missing. Back to the store. I've now had it back for a month or more, but still don't wear it often, and today while wearing it I notice ANOTHER diamond missing. If I could return this for all my money back I would. STAY AWAY! Or buy the care plan.
