I have been shopping at Jared for all my Pandora jewelry. Shelby is the best! Today I went in to do an exchange, as I have been busy and was told by Corey the Manager at the store that I am 7 days over the date for exchanges. So rather than provide a one time concession for great customer service, he basically told me that despite you being a returning customer, I will not be providing you with any of the great customer service I have come to expect from this business. Needless to say, I am a Director at my current job and have sent many families and employees to shop there, not to mention that my family's business have employees that I have sent to Jared as well. So Corey, with your lack of customer service you have costed your company a lot of money, as I am for sure will be letting all I come intact with (and I come in contact with a lot of people) not to shop at your store! Sorry Shelby, I will have to take my business elsewhere and I will be contacting Pandora as well.
