This hotel is advertised as a "first class hotel". We only stayed one night and what they offer as "first class" was not any means first class for the price we paid. It was far less than what a standard room at a Best Western motel goes for. Large crack in sink, stains on floor in room and desk light not working at all. Breakfast on web site looks and sounds much better than it was. Staff was very friendly and even followed up with me via phone call regarding my complaints left on check out comment sheet. I do a lot of travel and this is my first public complaint. I think that I'll try another accommodation my next trip to the area.

I have stayed here on several occasions and it is always five star. They seem to update their rooms pretty regularly and they are always nice to stay in. The bathrooms are large and clean. I only wish I could stay longer. My only complaint is that the hot tub closes at 1030. I think it should stay open utill midnight. Perhaps they could make it 18 & up for a couple of hours for adults that would like to use it. I will be back the next time I'm in Portland. I'll be the one complaining about the hot tub closing too soon. Thank you!

Fantastic hotel - we have stayed here multiple times. Always clean, friendly staff, close to an abundance of shopping, and the breakfast is among the best I've had (for a complimentary breakfast).
