Ordered an item online to be picked up in store..went to customer service to p/u, come to find out no one pulled the order so they sent someone to find it. After waiting for 15min. Natalie comes up to me & says “unfortunately, we don’t have it in stock here.” As annoyed as I am, I went to that section to find another gift & what do I find? The EXACT item I ordered online.. I was livid. I go up to checkout & the same girl who was “helping” me says “oh that’s funny.” No, not at all. Lazy workers & worst customer experience ever!
Excellent organization tonight at this store for Black Friday tonight, got a fantastic deal and it was a pleasant experience! Can't say enough about how fast the checkout process was! Thank you!
None of the employees here ever greet you or offer to help you find what you're looking for. I spent ten minutes in the shoe department looking for leather conditioner and there was an employee ten feet away that didn't acknowledge me at all. There are incorrectly faced or out of stock items in every department, which makes shopping here frustrating at best. Since the remodel, they removed the timers at the cash registers and all the cashiers are slow as molasses now. My whole experience was completely aggravating.
I really love the employee named Daniela V ! She's amazing and I wouldn't lose her. She does a great job helping people! I just love her:) o and the other workers too.. BUT she's always going above and beyond and never fails to help me when I need things. Other employees look like they can't wait to clock out and are just there for a paycheck but she's not like that she is truly exceptional, great worker!
Great store. Can get pretty busy in the afternoon and early evening hours. This location just got a light remodel so it's a bit more refreshing and crisp feeling.
